Depression ka 100% ilaj.
Depression kya he?
Depression ke mariz me ye symptoms ho sakte hein –
– Har waqt udas/pareshan rahna.
– Akele pan aur khali pan ka mahsus hona.
– Kam me dilchaspi na hona.
– Koi bhi fesla na le pana.
– Chirchirapan.
– Suicide ka man krna.
– Bhookh boht zyda lagna ya boht kam lagna.
– Har waqt koi na koi bimari rahna.
– Kabz (constipation) rahna.
– Headache hona.
– Weight loss hona. . . wagera.
Depression ki Wajah – Is mahol ke barte hue competition, jald se jald zyda business, paisa, property, taqat, kamyabi pane ki hodh me, gharelu aur kaam ki tension boht tezi se admi ko Depression me dal rahi he. Charo tarf ke mahol khas taur par media ne logo ke zahan par esa asr dala he ki ab logo ko sabr nhi raha. Jo qismat me nahi he us ko bhi pane ki hodh me, vo bhi boht jaldi pane ki hodh me log Depression ka shikar ho rahe hein.
WHO ka manna he ki 2020 tak Depression duniya me hone wali bimariyo me Heart problems ke bad sab se bari bimari hogi.
Depression ke clinically kuch khas causes ye hein-
– Chahate puri na hona
– Zyda sochna (over thinking)
– Lalach
– Jalan (Hasad)
– Zarurat ki chize na mail pana
– Khandani bimari(Hereditary disease) yani Maa-baap se bacho me
– Kai badhi bimariya bhi Depression ki Wajah hoti hein jese Cancer, Diabetes, Heart problem, AIDS
– Zindagi ke bare bare mamle jese bachpan me hi maa-baap ki Maut ho jana
wagera.
Treatment
1. Avoid causes – Yani bimari ki wajaho ko dur karein.
– Ese kamo se dur rahein Jin se tension barti ho
– Ese logo se dur rahein jin ki bato se tension barti ho
– Zyda sochna, Bari bari Chahate, Lalach, Jalan wagera se bache
– Agr koi badhi bimari he to us ka bhi ache se ilaj karaye aur khuda se us ke thik hone ki dua krte rahein.
2. Maintain daily routine – Yani apne din ko sahi tariqe se guzare.
– Raat me thik waqt par soye
– Subh jaldi uthein
– waqt par khay piye
– agr mahnat ka kam nhi he to Warzis (exercise) zaroor karein
3. Psychotherapy – Aaj kal psychotherapy ke nam par bhi log psychiatrist ke pas jate hein aur acha khasa pesa kharch karte hein. Is ke liye aap
– Ache bayan (speech) sunein.
– Is duniya ki bilkul tension Na lein jo hona he hokar rahega aur jo nhi ho sakta us ke piche na dodhe
– Khuda par bharosa karein. Bina us ki marzi ke ek patta bhi nhi hil sakta
– Sirf apne kam par dhiyan dein. Age kya hoga us ki parwah na krein
– Zyda sochna, Chahat, Lalach, Jalan wagera se bachne ke liye aur suqun hasil karne ke liye Sufism (Ahle sunnah) Ki books pare.
– Sufism Ahle Sunnah, Maarifat, Tariqat par lectures sunein
– Agr koi badha maqsad he to us ki lagatar koshish karte rahein aur yeh yaqeen rakhe ki kamyabi dene aur na dene wala khuda hi he.
4. Dawa–
– Paigambare Islam Muhammad ِﷺ ne farmaya Kala Dana Yani Kalonji me Maut ke siva har bimari ki shifa hai.
Bukhari Sharif
– Peesi hui Kalonji aur Ashgandha dono ko brabar Mila lein aur ek chammach rat me doodh ke sath lein
– Rat me Hardh, Bahedha, Amla (Trifala) adha ya ek chammach gun-gune pani se lein
– Brahmi tail se sar ki malish karein
– Subh nihar muh aur sham khane se 2-3 ghante pahle Isabgol adha ya ek chammach pani ya dudh ke sath lein
– Subh aur rat zarurat ke hisab se 1 ya 2 tab Mentate Ya tab Sarpgandha lein.
Note – Depression ke ilaj me koi bhi dawa Sirf aur Sirf madad ka kam karti he Banda agr thik hota he to apni mahnat se hi hota he.
Depression ka complete ilaj Sirf meditation (Zikr-o-Muraqbah) hi he. Jo aap ko 100% thik kar sakta he.
Agr aap pahle se Allopathic treat le rahe hein to use ek dam na chore.
Upar batai gai dawaye Depression ke common symptoms ke hisab se batai gai hein. Jo alag doctor ki salah pr alag ho Sakti hein.
5. Muraqbah (Islamic meditation)-
Subh ya rat me silent (khamoshi) ke waqt me aramdayk tarike se niche Beth jaye aur ankhe band kar lein. Koi disturbance nhi hona chahiye. Apni soch ko control karein aur ye khyal karein ki Khuda mujhe dekh raha he. Apni dharkan ko gaur se sune aur usi par concentrate krte rahien. Aap gaur karenge ki aap ka dil dhak-dhak nhi balki Allah-Allah kah raha he. Shuru me aap ise mushkil se sun paynge lekin dhire-dhire ye aap ko clear sunai dene lagega.
Shuru me Muraqbah 5 min karein fr dhire dhire ise badhaye.
Jab rat me sone ke liye jaye to sidhi karwat se lete aur ab bhi sare khayalo ko dur kr ke Sirf dil ki dharkan par hi dhiyan dein aur dil Jo Allah-Allah kah raha he use sunte hue hi aap ko jaldi nind aa jaygi.
Esa karne se boht jald hi aap ki sari dawaye band ho jaygi.
