1. Avoid causes– Yani jin wajho se nind nhi aa rahi un wajho ko soch samjh kar dur karein.
Jese upar batai gai kuch wajah par gaur karein. Agr aap zyda sochte hein to apni soch ko control karein. Rat me agr ap kuch extra kam krte hein to use na karein jese aaj kal logo ka mobile chalana.
