Schizophrenia ka ilaj

Zikr-o-Muraqbah, Warzish, Tibb-e-Nabwi aur Deshi dawao ke zariye Schizophrenia ka ilaj.
Yad rahe Sufism ka manna he dil Dhak-dhak ke sath Allah ka zikr karta he.

Bimari zyda barne par kuch khatarnak symptoms –
– Gandagi par dhyan dena band kar dena aur Nahana dhona band kar dena.
– Khane – pine, sone – jagne par dhyan na dena, bechaini ka badhna, khud hi akele me bolna, hasna, rona.
– Bewajah idhar udhar ghumte rahna.
– Hao – bhao me ajib se badlao ana.
– Ajib ajib harqate karna.

Treatment Kaise kare
1.Avoid causes – Yani bimari ki wajaho ko dur karein.
– Ese kamo se dur rahein Jin se tension barti ho
– Ese logo se dur rahein jin ki bato se tension barti ho
– Akela rahna band karein, achche – nek logo ke sath rahein
– Zyda sochna, Bari bari Chahate, Lalach, Jalan wagera se bache
2. Maintain daily routine – Yani apne din ko sahi tariqe se Paigamabar Muhammad (ﷺ) ki sunnato ke mutabiq guzare.
– Raat me thik waqt par sone ki boht zyda koshish na karein aur na hi is ke bare me zyda sochein balki waqt par sone ka mahol banaye jese rat me sone ke waqt andhera kar dein. Suqun ka mahol banaye. Sone se pahle sare kam pure kar dein kuch adhura na rahe. Waqt par Muraqbah karein. . . Wagera. Ek din esa ayga ki aap jaldi sone lag jaynge.
– Ishi tarh subh me bhi aap jaldi uthne ki thori thori koshish lagatar karein. kuch hi din me aap subh jaldi uthne lag jaynge.
– Waqt par khaye piye.
– Agr mahnat ka kam nhi karte he to Warzis (exercise) zaroor karein.
3. Psychotherapy – Aaj kal psychotherapy ke nam par bhi log psychiatrist ke pas jate hein aur acha khasa pesa kharch karte hein. Is ke liye aap
– Ache bayan (speech) sunein.
– Is duniya ki bilkul tension Na lein jo hona he hokar rahega aur jo nhi ho sakta us ke piche na dodhe.
– Khuda par bharosa karein. Bina us ki marzi ke ek patta bhi nhi hil sakta
– Sirf apne kam par dhiyan dein. Aage kya hoga us ki parwah na krein.
– Zyda sochna, Chahat, Lalach, Jalan wagera se bachne ke liye aur suqun hasil karne ke liye Sufism (Ahle sunnah) Ki books pare.
– Ruhaniyat, Maarifat, Tariqat par books padhe aur lectures sunein.
– Agr koi bara maqsad he to us ki lagatar koshish karte rahein aur yeh yaqeen rakhe ki kamyabi dene aur na dene wala khuda hi he.
4. Dawa–
– Paigambare Islam Muhammad ِﷺ ne farmaya
Kala Dana Yani Kalonji me Maut ke siva har bimari ki shifa hai.
Bukhari Sharif
– Peesi hui Kalonji aur Ashgandha dono ko brabar Mila lein aur ek chammach rat me doodh ke sath lein
– Rat me Hardh, Bahedha, Amla (Trifala) adha ya ek chammach gun-gune pani se lein
– Brahmi tail se sar ki malish karein
– Subh nihar muh aur sham khane se 2-3 ghante pahle Isabgol adha ya ek chammach pani ya dudh ke sath lein
– Subh aur rat zarurat ke hisab se 1 ya 2 tab Mentate Ya tab Sarpgandha lein
– Rat me Balchar (Jatamansi) ko pani me bhigo kar rakhein, subh us pani se upar batai hui dawaye khaye isi tarah subh ko Balchar bhigo kar rakhein aur rat ki dawaye usi pani se kahaye.
Note – Schizophrenia ke ilaj me koi bhi dawa Sirf aur Sirf madad ka kam karti he Banda agr thik hota he to apni mahnat se hi hota he.

Aap gaur karenge ki aap ka dil dhak-dhak nhi balki Allah-Allah kah raha he. Shuru me aap ise mushkil se sun paynge lekin dhire-dhire ye aap ko clear sunai dene lagega.
Shuru me Muraqbah 5 min karein fr dhire dhire ise badhaye.
Jab rat me sone ke liye jaye to sidhi karwat se lete aur ab bhi sare khayalo ko dur kr ke Sirf dil ki dharkan par hi dhiyan dein aur dil jo Allah-Allah kah raha he use sunte hue hi aap ko jaldi nind aa jaygi.
Esa karne se boht jald hi aap ki sari dawaye band ho jaygi.
